NIJI SUSHI KINGSFORD

WHERE: 33 Anzac Parade Kingsford.

WEBSITE: http://nijisushi.com.au/home-2

This is our third time coming to NIJI together. Its best to just order from the cold dishes menu or sushi dishes. This was because, the udon soup is flavourless and bland. Just tastes like hot water with no seasoning. Our favourite dish was called "New Style Sashimi." Everything including the three type of sashimi and flavoured oil, just goes well with each other.

The plum wine is just sweet and tasty. There are also many options on the sushi train.

(TOP)
Assorted sashimi & sushi: tuna, salmon, kingfish sashimi, assorted nigiri, salmon tartare 21

(BOTTOM)
Beef tataki: seared beef, ponzu sauce, baby herbs, garlic chips, sea salt, truffle oil 12

Beef tataki would be better being a hot dish, however it wasn't too bad.

new style sashimi
thinly sliced salmon, tuna, kingfish sashimi with chives, garlic ginger, sesame seed
drizzled with hot flavoured oil & yuzu soy 12.50

Prawn tempura udon
3 pcs tempura prawn, bok choy, wakame, bean sprouts 16

Much Love from  J and C
