3 AMIGOES EQ MARKETS, MOORE PARK

Hi guys!

Hope you've all had a very good Christmas with family and friends. I would like to dedicate this post for my uncle and aunty's coffee, named 3 Amigoes at the EQ Village Markets every Wednesday and Saturday.

3 Amigos remains very close to my heart.  3 Amigoes are coffee beans which are selectively sourced in East Timor and freshly grounded and blended in Sydney. 

I started helping my uncle as an ameteur with minimal experience in coffee making. I was closely trained and monitored strictly by continuously practicing and perfecting a cup of coffee. I grew to only trust myself to create a good cuppa, from the positive feedback received by customers and happy smiles on their faces. I give all thanks and praise to both my uncle and aunt for giving me this opportunity in teaching me and shaping me to be a barista just like themselves.  

 3 Amigoes have come along way, for over 13-14 years strong. Starting from a coffee cart to a stall that not only makes coffee but sells its own beans, which are roasted and grinded in Sydney. The beans which we use are the "Dark Roast" beans, which are suitable for the morning time and the "Medium Roast" preferably for the evening. The beans are rich in flavour but does not leave a bitter taste. It has a good balance of a nutty flavour. If you are not much of a coffee drinker, the decaf is also very nice. Beans can be blended at the stall according to the type of coffee machine at home. Large bag= $38.00 at 1kg and a 0.50g bag at = $12.00 

A regular coffee is priced at = $4.00 and a large at $5.00

Moore Park markets will re-open on WEDNESDAY January 13th 2016.
